Chiropractors treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions
Our everyday actions such as sitting for prolonged periods, exercise and repetitive motions tend to take their toll on our bodies. These everyday activities often lead to tightened muscles and poor joint movement as well as poor motor patterns.
The aim of chiropractic care is to restore the movement in the different joints in the body to normal movement where possible. The way we do this is through spinal manipulation and soft tissue work such as massage. In addition to this sometimes rehabilitation exercises are given to aid in a person’s recovery to help restore abnormal movement patterns.
Sometimes it isn’t possible to restore the movement back to some of the joints due to age and wear and tear on the joints. When this happens those people with excessive war and tear tend to achieve more function with chiropractic care.
We take the time to provide quality care.
Each person we see is different and so are their health problems, which is why at Bicton Sports and Spinal, we will spend the time discussing and evaluating your symptoms. Find out how we help treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
