Chiropractic is a very safe way of treating musculoskeletal injuries. The adverse effects are very small. Most commonly people may have a small amount of post treatment soreness for 1-2 days following treatment. Chiropractic treatment is also safe on children and pregnant women. Our training as Chiropractors enables us to treat a vast range of body types.

No referral is needed for therapy sessions at Bicton Sports and Spinal.

Most private health funds will allow patients to claim back a portion of their consult fee depending on the level of cover that they have. Medicare will not cover chiropractic consults.

Anyone can see a chiropractor, chiropractors through their training are taught to treat a range of different people and a range of different body types.

If we believe that your case is outside our scope of training, experience or type of practice, we try to advise you in the best possible way as to proceed. In some cases, it may be a referral to another chiropractor with a different interest or specific focus to their practice. In other instances where we believe your case isn’t appropriate for chiropractic care. We will then refer you on for the appropriate medical care specific to your case.
